Recommendation Methodology

Effective 5 August 2026 · Version 1.02

How recommendations are ranked

MauriFox begins with the visitor’s room, objective, style, budget, country and practical constraints. Products that are unavailable or outside the chosen market are removed before scoring.

Score = 30% quality + 25% value + 20% project fit + 15% availability + 10% commercial performance

Why commercial performance is limited

Commercial performance is capped at 10% so a product cannot rank first solely because it converts well or pays a stronger commission.

Editorial review

Every published product should include an original reason for inclusion, best-use case and principal limitation. Prices and availability must include a last-checked time when displayed.

Corrections

Unavailable or broken offers are flagged in the administration dashboard. Editors should replace them without changing the underlying project goal.

Launch requirement: These templates provide a strong operational baseline but must be reviewed for the operating entity, countries served and applicable law before production launch.
